Three Week Kick Start

Hello, and welcome to the Three Week Kick Start Program!

I designed this program to help you build strength and establish a new fitness routine through quick, yet effective workouts. Consistency is key in living a healthy lifestyle that doesn’t start and stop depending on your circumstances. These workouts use bodyweight so that you can do them wherever you are. Here are a few simple steps to follow to get the best out of your Kick Start:

  1. Commit to working out 3 times a week, with an optional 4th workout for abs.

  2. Try to stick to the same time of day for each workout. It helps establish a routine with not only your daily schedule, but it also has an impact on your metabolism and energy levels as well.

  3. Join the Fitness Adrift Facebook page for support, accountability and check-ins from Coach Natalie.

  4. Have fun and be awesome!

Within each of the links below, I have a list of the workout so you can save or screenshot it and take it wherever you go. There are also helpful videos, descriptions and modifications on each of the movements so you can be sure to do them correctly and avoid injury.
